1. Parties
This agreement is established electronically between Ceyhun Emre BABACAN Law Office as the service provider and the buyer using the service.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the scope, payment conditions, and rights and obligations of the parties for consultancy, preliminary assessment, digital content, or similar services that can be provided using remote communication tools.
3. Scope of the Service
The type, scope, fee, delivery or performance period, and other principles of the service to be provided are clarified with the proposal, preliminary information form, e-mail correspondence, or separate agreement texts.
4. Pricing and Payment
The service fee and payment method are determined separately according to the nature of the service. It is not mandatory to start the service before the payment is completed. In advocacy and consultancy services, pricing is evaluated within the framework of the Advocacy Law and relevant professional rules.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
Except for cases provided for in the legislation, the right of withdrawal may be limited or cannot be used in services that have started to be performed or are performed instantly with the explicit consent of the buyer. Information is also provided during the preliminary information stage according to the nature of the service.
6. Responsibility
The buyer is obliged to share accurate and complete information regarding the service. The service provider cannot be held responsible for consequences that may arise due to incomplete or incorrect information. In legal services, no commitment of results is given; each file is evaluated within its own concrete conditions.
7. Dispute Resolution
Turkish Law applies to disputes. Consumer arbitration committee and consumer court jurisdictions provided for in the legislation for consumer transactions are reserved.
