1. Parties and Subject
This membership agreement regulates the conditions of creating and using a membership account between the user who becomes a member of the site and Ceyhun Emre BABACAN Law Office.
2. Membership Conditions
The user is obliged to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a membership. Memberships made with misleading information or information belonging to third parties may be suspended or terminated.
3. Obligations of the User
- Keeping account information confidential
- Using the system in accordance with the law and honesty rules
- Not sharing content that violates the rights of third parties
- Refraining from actions and initiatives that will damage the service infrastructure
4. Rights of the Service Provider
The service provider may make changes in the membership system, temporarily stop the service, or suspend the account in case of use contrary to the agreement due to maintenance, update, security, or compliance with legislation.
5. Personal Data
Personal data shared during the membership process is processed within the framework of the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
6. Termination of the Agreement
The user may request the closure of their account. The service provider may also terminate the membership due to breach of contract, abuse, or legal necessity.
7. Final Provisions
This agreement takes effect on the date it is electronically approved. Turkish Law applies to disputes.
